We deliver to all 18 districts of Hong Kong on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Orders placed before 12:00 noon are dispatched the following scheduled delivery day.

What is the minimum order quantity?
The minimum order is 8 cases per month across any mix of our product range. This threshold also qualifies for free delivery.
Do you offer Net 30 payment terms?
Yes. Net 30 invoice payment is available for SWD-licensed Residential Care Homes for the Elderly (RCHEs). New accounts may be asked to provide a copy of their SWD licence for verification.
What documentation comes with each shipment?
Each order ships with a delivery note, invoice, and batch test certificates for every product included in the order. These are suitable for SWD audit files.
Can we order a sample before committing to a regular order?
Yes. Contact us to request a free sample pack of up to 3 products. Samples are dispatched within 2 working days.
Do you supply to care homes outside Hong Kong?
We currently serve Hong Kong-based RCHEs. For enquiries from Macau or Greater Bay Area care facilities, please contact us to discuss availability.
