- How can I become a SeniorDeli distributor?
- To become a SeniorDeli distributor, please email distribute@seniordeli.com with your company background, target territory, and existing distribution channels. Our partnerships team will respond within 5 business days to arrange an initial consultation.
- What are the minimum order quantities?
- Minimum order quantities vary by product line. For introductory orders, we offer sample kits (no minimum) and trial packs from 12 units per SKU. Regular distribution orders typically start at 50 units per SKU per month. Volume pricing is available for orders exceeding 200 units per SKU.
- What territories are available?
- SeniorDeli is actively seeking distribution partners in Japan, Singapore, Taiwan, Australia, the United Kingdom, and the Middle East. Exclusive territory rights are available for qualified partners in markets where no exclusive arrangement currently exists. Contact us to check availability in your region.
- What support does SeniorDeli provide to distributors?
- All authorised distributors receive: co-branded marketing materials, IDDSI clinical training for sales teams, product samples for clinician demonstrations, access to our clinical evidence library, priority technical support, and a dedicated account manager. Japan distributors additionally receive Japanese-language product documentation.
- How long does the application process take?
- The standard distributor application process takes 2–4 weeks: initial inquiry (day 1), qualification call (week 1), sample shipment and evaluation (weeks 1–2), commercial terms discussion (week 2–3), and agreement signing (week 3–4). Expedited timelines may be available for healthcare-sector applicants with existing IDDSI familiarity.
