SeniorDeliは、高齢者が直面する食事の困難に深く向き合うところから生まれました。創業チームはケンブリッジ大学ideaSpaceおよびインペリアルカレッジ・ロンドンでの研究をスタートし、その後香港大学iDendronでのインキュベーションを経て、香港科学技術園区（HKSTP）に入居。10年以上にわたるR&Dの成果として、アジアの食文化に根ざした介護食品ラインを開発しました。
西洋のアプローチとは異なり、SeniorDeliのコア技術は食材本来の見た目・風味・栄養素を保ちながら安全な食形態を実現します。嚥下障害のある方が、本物の食事を見て・嗅いで・味わうことができます。
現在、SeniorDeliは大湾区の200施設以上の介護施設・病院（2026年第2四半期時点）にサービスを提供しています。認定社会企業として、香港地区の流通は米国Getz Brosが担当しています。

Joined the University of Cambridge ideaSpace and Imperial College London entrepreneurship programmes, laying the foundation for our core enzyme-based softening technology.
Joined HKU's iDendron entrepreneurship programme to deepen R&D and clinical validation.
Set up an R&D and operations base at the Hong Kong Science Park with the support of HKSTP.
Expanded into the Greater Bay Area through the Qianhai Shenzhen-Hong Kong Cooperation Zone and opened a Shenzhen office.
Won the Future Food Asia Award in Singapore and closed an angel round led by Singapore-based ID Capital.
Led the drafting of three GBA care food group standards: T/SATA 084-2025, T/SATA 085-2025, and T/SATA 094-2025 (General Requirements of Dysphagia Food for Elderly Care) — published in September 2025 by 深圳市分析測試協會.
Serving 200+ hospitals and eldercare homes across the Greater Bay Area (as of Q2 2026), with an active cross-border caregiver community via the 康乐龄 WeChat Mini-Programme.
