SeniorDeliのとろみ調整食品(クリアタイプ)は、飲料・汁物の味・色・外観を変えず、必要なIDDSI粘度に調整できます。キサンタンガムを主成分とし、温度変化に強く安定した粘度を保持します。
Designed for both clinical and home settings, Clear Thickener integrates seamlessly into daily care routines without requiring kitchen modifications. Healthcare professionals recommend it for patients across IDDSI Levels 1 to 4 because the xanthan gum base maintains its target viscosity throughout the meal — it does not continue to thicken after serving the way modified starch products do, reducing aspiration risk from over-thickened liquids.
Pour the desired liquid (water, tea, juice, milk, or soup) into a cup. Cold or warm liquids both work — under 60°C is recommended.
Using the dosage table, measure the right amount of Clear Thickener and sprinkle evenly over the surface of the liquid.
Stir briskly with a spoon or whisk for about 30 seconds until the powder is fully dissolved with no visible clumps.
Let stand for 1 to 5 minutes (depending on target consistency) so the thickener can fully take effect, then serve.
