T/SATA 094-2025 is a Chinese industry association standard published by the Chinese Ageing Services Industry Association (SATA) that sets the first systematic quality and texture requirements for care food in Greater China. The standard's texture classification draws on IDDSI and Japan's Dysphagia Diet 2021 (学会分類2021).
